It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Nichols (Byesville, Ohio), born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hammond and Naomi Hammond (King); her husband George "Ted" Nichols; and her brothers, Jim, Don and Howard Hammond.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Nichols (Yoshi), Ken Nichols (Marlene), Ted Nichols (Karen) and Colleen Wallace (Rich); her grandchildren, George Nichols (Leslie), Linda Nichols, Mark Nichols (Kristy), Kendra Soucie (Brad), Kara Nichols, Jared Nichols (Leanne), Kelly Laza (Viktor) and Jennifer Moore (Terry); and her friends, Charlotte Ables and Marjorie Palmer. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Betty's wishes were that in lieu of flowers please donate to a Christian charity of your choice.
