She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Larrison and Alberta Larrison (Black); and her former husband John Estep. She is survived by: her husband William Webb; her daughters, Michelle Barnett (Kevin) of Byesville, Sandy Royer of Kentucky and Danielle Arkwright (Jim) of Colorado; her siblings, George Wylie of Cambridge, Jay Wylie of Coshocton, Carol Black of Cambridge, Diane Rogers of Virginia, Jennifer Wylie of Newcomerstown, Tosha Frazier of Tennessee, Cindi Smith of Winterset and Patty Larrison of Byesville; and her close friends, Deb, Earl Delung and Christina Knight. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; an adopted granddaughter; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are welcome, but due to Covid-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
