He was predeceased by: his father Melvin E. Neff; and his grandparents, William and Campsie Wray. He is survived by: his mother Jodelle Gallagher (Wray); his stepfather Rich Gallagher; his siblings, Heather Neff-Carpenter (Todd) of Salesville and Scott McElroy of Cambridge; his niece Taylor Dybendal-Glass (Bubba) of Byesville; and his nephew Trevor Dybendal of Byesville.
