He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bernett "Gravy" and Anna Catherine Llewellyn (Maidlow); his wife Nancy Llewellyn (Farst); his daughter Lori O'Hare; his sister Nancy Eaches; and his brother-in-law Stacy Eaches.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Snow (Mike) of Gambier, Tom Llewellyn (Justine) of Stow and Brian Llewellyn of Stow; his grandchildren, Matt Snow (Megan) of Mount Vernon, Travis Snow (Angel Prater) of Westerville, Tara Krieg (Josh) of Springfield, Stephanie Llewellyn of Stow, Nick Llewellyn (Brandy) of Hudson and Ryan Llewellyn (Cori) of Mogadore; and his friends, Homer Walker and Bill Shaffer.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made in his name to Worthington Township Fire Department and Rescue Squad, 20 W. Elm St. Butler, OH 44822.
