He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Harper (Espy); his parents, Paul and Elizabeth Harper Sr. (Jenkins); and his sister Joan Vitek. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Ryan (John) of Germantown; his pets, Romo and Witten; his son Scott Harper (Darla) of Union; his grandchildren, Matthew Harper and Ambre Hurak (Doug); his brother Paul Harper of Englewood; and his friend Kathy Petkewitz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
