He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wornstaff and Betty Wornstaff; and his son Richard Lee Wornstaff, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Faye E. Wornstaff (Clemons).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the David Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (4600 Mad River Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
