He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul T. Lowe and Retha Lowe; his wife Linda; and his brother James Lamb. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Smith (Jason) and Sean Oberer (Cathy); his grandchildren, Joey, Kelsey, Rylee and Kailey; and his sister Sherry Smith (Richard).
