He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin K. Lephew, Sr. and Margaret Burns Lephew; and his brother Roy Lephew. He is survived by: his siblings, John Lephew (Elizabeth) of Anderson, Ernie Lephew (Kim) of Everton and Phyllis Lephew of Connersville; and his aunt Betty Rose of Connersville. He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces and many cousins.
