She was predeceased by: her former husband William Muth; her brother Earnest Saylors, Jr; and her daughter Melinda Puckett. She is survived by: her spouse James A. Kempton; her son Mark Muth (Regina); her grandchildren, Christopher Muth (Amanda), Grae Muth and Lindsay Esch; and her sister Nelda Dodson (Johnny).
