He is survived by: his daughter Denise Williams; his great grandchild Kimberly Hootman (Billy); his granddaughters, Roberta Hootman (Matt) and Leah Hootman (Tom); his siblings, Sharon Hicks (Ron) of Mansfield, Shirley Phillips (Matt) of Bellville, Gerald, Kenneth Hootman (Arita) of Butler, Phillip Hootman of Mansfield and Rhonda Fowler (Mark Jaynes) of Mansfield; his former wife Roberta Horner; and his wife Lisa Schrock of Mansfield. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 adopted grandson, and Kevin Hootman Jr. and 2 grandchildren.
