She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lutz and Ruth Iona Fetters (Cain); and her siblings, Harvey Fetters, Roger Fetters, Kenneth Fetters and Norma Joan Weikert.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" G. Whittelsey; her children, Chrystal Hall (Ken) of Stockbridge, GA and Jonathan Whittelsey (Katie) of Vandalia; her grandchildren, Josh, Lauren, Asa, Stephen Hall, Tyler and Cora Whittelsey; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Fetters of Laura, Pamela Sjostrom (Richard), Ronald Weikert of Jacksonville, FL and Randy Whittelsey (Judy) of Erie, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 668 Women's Auxiliary or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
