He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Neiswender and Glenna Neiswender (Wollenhaupt); his son David Neiswender; and his sisters, Gwen Fudge and Emma Lou Davis.
He is survived by: his spouse Willa "Marie" Neiswender (Harmon); his daughter Deidre Newland; his son-in-law Daniel Newland of Butler Twp; his grandchildren, Amber (David), Carley, Chase, Danielle, Billy, Bret and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Landon; and his brother Larry Neiswender. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
