He was predeceased by: his father David Oswalt; his mother-in-law Linda Oswalt; his brother-in-law Dave Oswalt; and his grandparents, Bill, Martha Schuff, Mervin and Kate Oswalt.
He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Oswalt (Schuff); his wife Renee Oswalt; his daughter Amelia; his grandson Augustine Nicolas; his father-in-law Charles Oswalt; his siblings-in-law, Matt (Stacey Oswalt) and Mandy Oswalt; and his uncle Ron Oswalt (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
