She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Holt and Florence Holt (Viar); her husband Eldon Phipps; her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Betty Ellington; and her sister Selma Payne.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Greg Ellington (Tonya) and Eric Ellington (Angelica); her great grandchildren, Ryan Ellington and Raven Ellington; her nephew Mark Newton (Teresa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Todd, Tyler, Brandon (Jessica) and Brenna.
