He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benedict and Frances Elizabeth Sprague (Puthoff); and his daughter Terri Parks. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Sprague (Hale); his children, Tony Sprague (Melody) and Tammy Lewis (Norb); and his grandchildren, Michael Sprague (Ashlie), Justin Parks (Michelle), Daniel Lewis (Mallorey Tidd), Megan Esposito (Justin) and Arin Sweeney. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
