She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene A. "Kat" Katulak; and her siblings, Dolores Ruth Thayer, Gerald "Bitz" Tunney and Kathleen Hollenbaugh. She is survived by: her son Mike Katulak; her daughter-in-law Pam Katulak; her grandsons, Andrew Katulak and Kevin Katulak; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Tunney, Florence "Skeets" Roche, Terrel "Pat" Tunney, Louis Tunney and Teresa Guernsey.
