He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Adkins Sr. and Ethel Adkins (Tucker). He is survived by: his wife Terri Adkins; his siblings, Troy Adkins (Lisa Everhart), Jessica Bledsoe (Andrew Cox), Theresa Edwards, Tina Arnold Thompson (Ketm), David Edwards, Jesse, Eric and Phillip Thornton; his stepchildren, Mindy Gates, Jason Barnhart (Caramie Bailey) and Shawn Barnhart; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Atticus, Ryder, Brinkley, Hunter and Lennon Barnhart. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers and to assist the Adkins family with funeral expenses, memorial donations are encouraged and may be made to Snyder Funeral Homes.
