He is survived by: his parents, Alex and Deneen; his siblings, Keith (Julie), Rebecca Mayers (Garrett), Edward, Melissa and Suzanne Rupe (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Brynn, Carter, Julian, Lydia, Landon and Ruby.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (jdrf.org) as he lived with Type 1 diabetes since the age of 3.
