He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Delores Ashba of Burton, OH; his children, Donna Ashba Clow (Wayne), Kenneth R. Ashba, III (Lynn), Kimberly Ashba Crow and Donald Ashba (Lisa); and his brothers, Robert, Richard and Bill Ashba. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

The family suggest donations be made in Ken's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at http://www.stjude.org or JDRF Juvenile Diabetes Foundation at http://www.jdrf.org.
