She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Max and Catherine Ann Politzer (Hart). She is survived by: her siblings, Eric (Qinghuan), Bruce (late Ellen), Brent, Tom (Dawn) and Susan Mullett; her nieces and nephews, Erin, Jennifer Politzer, Jason Gaenzle, Justin Politzer and Matthew Politzer; and her aunt Rita Politzer.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Edward Church, Parkman or to Holy Family Hospice in Parma.
