He was predeceased by: his father John S. Hollo,; and his sister Teresa J. Dallas. He is survived by: his children, Swedell Simmons (Charles) of Ravenna and John S. "Buddy" Hollo III (Doris) of Burton; his grandsons, Charles, Carson and John IV; his sisters, Bonnie Larson (Bobby) of South Carolina and Lori Hollo of Tallmadge; and his nieces and nephews, Chad, Jason, Kyle, Sonya, Derek, Charles and Brianna.
