Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
