She was predeceased by: her parent Belford Lynch; her children, Donald Sams, Johnny Sams, Jeffery Sams and Patricia Sams; and her siblings, Betty DeVore, Polly Allison, Judy DeVore and David "Sonny" Lynch.
She is survived by: her parent Helen Theiss Lynch; and her children, Debra A. Kennell of Canton, Terry L. Sams of Parkersburg and James A. Sams of Burton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Habitat For Humanity in memory of Anna.
