She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hinzman and Sarah Landis Hinzman; her husband Jesse F. Champ; and her children, Madeline, Jesse Jr., Robert and Stephen.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Morris (James) of Howland, Bill Champ (Kim) of Fowler, Russell Champ (Corina) of Burghill and Richard Champ of Sharpsville, PA; and her siblings, Wilda Bennett and Arnold Hizman of Buckhannon, WV.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
