He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush Jr. and Patricia A. Staley Bush; and his son Charles Jethro "Jed" Bush. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Torma (Charles Snyderwine) of Brookfield, David Bush (Doreen) of Chandler, AZ and Perry Bush (Tammy) of Kinsman.
