He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest D. Kinney and Roberta Kinney (Clifford); and his stepfather George Frost. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Rae Kinney of Coventry Township; his granddaughter Olivia Rae; and his siblings, Shirley Smith of Loudonville, Randall Kinney of Burbank, Ralph, Donald and Stanley. He is also survived by many nieces' nephews and the best of friends.
I have to say my dad was a hero in all ways and continued this on his death by helping at least 3 people have a chance at a better life by organ donation.
