He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Shaum and Bernice Shaum (Howard); his son Randy; and his brother Richard Shaum. He is survived by: his wife Janet Shrimplin; his son Don (Barb Shaum); his grandchildren, Christopher (Jody) and Allison; his children, Rocky and Candy Shaum; his grandchildren, Carrie (Robert), Matt (Shannon), Jolen Shaum and Randall (Jaimie); and his siblings, Ray Shaum (Esther), Ken Shaum (Sandy) and Lou Repp.
