He is survived by: his parents, William Ball (Cathy) of Ash Ridge and Shirley Jane Fender (Teeters) of Hillsboro; his children, Felicia Fitzgerald (Ryan) and Phillip James Lytle Ball; his brothers, Jerry Ball and Scott Ball; his stepsister Shannon Papania; his grandchild Lennox Leigh Fitzgerald; and the mother of his children Tina Ball.
