Ford (Cramblett) of Cambridge; his significant other Kimberly "Kim" Ford (Buchanan); his stepson Kenneth Hupp Jr. (Tara); his daughter Tammy Hofacker (Rodney); his stepdaughter Cassandra Armbruster (Matt); his grandsons, Cody Hofacker (Jasmine), Kyle Hofacker, Josh Hupp, Luke Armbruster, Dylan Hupp and Dax Hupp; his goddaughters, Mykala, Hannah and CJ Howard; his brother James Ford; his brother-in-law Thomas Buchanan (Robin Stewart); his mother-in-law Glennara Dickey; his aunt Jeanetta Wells; and his uncles, James Cramblett (Sherri), Robert Ford (Shirley) and Kenneth Ford (Ruth). He is also survived by several cousins, co-workers, friends.
