We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 89, Joseph Oliver of Buffalo, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Oliver and Mary Oliver (Bates) of Summerfield. He is survived by: his children, Dixie Williams (Sam) of Byesville, Vickie Smith (Dick) of Cambridge and Joe Oliver (Linda) of Byesville; his brother Jim Oliver of Summerfield; his grandchildren, Sam Williams (Stephanie), Brandon Smith (Ashley), Amanda Jeffery (Jason) and Tyler Oliver (Kaci); his great grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Emma, Piper Jeffery, Noah and Elizabeth Mitchell; and his friend Barber Shop.
