Kemmer of Jefferson; her stepfather Howard Rex of Jefferson; her brother Mark Rex (Kathy) of Ashtabula; her siblings-in-law, Nancy Pinney of Jefferson and Owen Porter of Geneva; her children, William Kemmer (Toledo) of Clinton, Robert Kemmer (Phyllis) of Buffalo and Margie Briley (Micah) of Austin; and her pets, Olivia and Smokey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
