He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O'Connor and Thelma Louise Sullivan O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Gloria M. Longenberger O'Connor; his daughter Lisa Urdak (John) of Pleasant City; his grandsons, Wade Urdak and Wyatt Urdak (Clara); and his brother Robert D. O'Connor of Peebles.
