She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Shelton and Barbara Shelton (Soulier); and her son Jesse Davis. She is survived by: her husband Ron VanHouten; her son Jeremy McAdams (Dawn); her stepson Tony VanHouten (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Nathan McAdams, Sydney McAdams, Holden Davis, Lady Faye McCoy and X'ander Davis.
There will be no public services for Vicky, but if desired, donations can be made payable to a charity of the donor's choice through the Wise Funeral Service.
