She was predeceased by: her father Harry Steiger; her husband Ronald Palenshus; her mother Dorothea Steiger Yaussy (Kurtz); her stepfather Harold Yaussy; and her stepsister Connie Burwell (Yaussy).
She is survived by: her children, Craig Palenshus (Heather), Scot Palenshus, Chad Palenshus (Dawn) and Tiffany Jury (Shawn); her grandchildren, Craig, Kylie Shaffer (Matt), Hannah Palenshus, Abby Palenshus, Joshua Palenshus, Scot (Eleanor Palenshus), Miles Palenshus, Tiffany, Kimber Butler, Barrett Butler of Cooper Jury, A. J and Clay Jury (Lindsay); and her brother Larry Steiger (Rhonda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Good Hope Lutheran Church (129 W Charles St, Bucyrus, OH 44820). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made payable to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and these gifts will be accepted through the Wise Funeral Service or at the church on the day of her services.
