He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Groves and Mary Ellen Groves (Reid); his wife Carol Jean Groves (Barton); his siblings, Judy Pash, Mary Keeton and Carl Groves; and his nephew Rodney Davidson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Groves (Nancy) of Nevada, Eric Groves of Bucyrus and Victoria Bishop (Gary) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Curtis Groves (Emily) of Bucyrus, Gail Lucanegro (Anthony) of Ontario, Shustien Rigdon of Bucyrus, Morgan Jones (Chris) of Bucyrus and Kasondra Bishop (Jason Tharp) of Bucyrus; his great grandchildren, Aizlyn, Arissa, Savannah, Maverick, Trevin, Taelix, Audrey, Jack, Ben, Reid and Aiden; and his siblings, Charles Groves of Bucyrus, Thomas Groves of Marion, Jerry Groves of Idaho, Barb Eulett of Wyoming and Judy Ulrich of Tennessee.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home (215 N Walnut St, Bucyrus, OH 44820).
