Fausnaugh; his children, Robert Routson II (Ashley Zaladonis), Eric Routson, James Middleton (April Woodard), Thomas Middleton (Emily Reeder) and Angel (Thomas Stuckman); his grandchildren, Hunter Routson, Memphis Routson, Zanya Middleton, Dantay Middleton, Jayce Middleton, Montana Middleton, Tenley Middleton, Taysom Middleton, Elias Middleton, Kendall Stuckman and Gage Stuckman; and his brother Harold Routson.
Donations can be made payable to Nationwide Children's Hospital and will be accepted through the funeral home.
