He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hall Sr. and Lena J. Hines (Conn); his stepsons, Robert and Donald R. Lewis Jr.; his sisters, Marsha Diane and Stella Louise; his stepbrother Larry Webb; and his father-in-law Lawrence Ash Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Richard Hall Jr. (Paula Anson) and Tasha Taylor of Mansfield; his grandson Gage Lewis (Ally); his siblings, Charles Hall (Judy) of Shelby, Darrell Hall of Shelby, Dottie Zakro of Bucyrus and Mary Harriger of Bucyrus; and his mother-in-law Louella C. Ash. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home (215 N Walnut St, Bucyrus, OH 44820). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morgan Cemetery.
