She is survived by: her brothers, Gary (Faye) and Den Martin; her sons, Jon, Jared (Khristin), Adam and Jeremiah Slagle (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Kaegen, Avri, Gabrielle, Addison, Brody, Madyson, Lillyn and Oaklynn. She is also survived by her family, friends.
