She was predeceased by: her son Douglas E. Evans; her parents, Jesse Nelson Tolle and Thelma Lee Tolle (Cottingham) of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; her parents-in-law, Boyd Raymond Evans and Eva Rosetta Evans (Liles); her siblings-in-law, Jerry R. Evans, Boyd R. Evans Jr., James R. Withrow (Jay), Ronnie D. Applegate, David L. Kegley, Evelyn D. Moore (Evans), Debbie A. Kegley (Evans) and Naomi R. Evans (Chatman); and her nephews, Michael E. Burriss and Tim D. Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Evans; her daughter Marsha; her grandson Weston Mulvaine (Jozlyn); her great grandchildren, Kayden and Leland; and her sisters, Janice Burriss (Tolle) of Black Oak, KY, Norma Hackworth (Tolle) of Tollesboro, KY and Sandra Rouse (Tolle) of Vanceburg, KY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
