He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Clinard and Eulanda Jean Clinard (Tidyback); his wife Cora L. Clinard (Benson); his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Clinard and Kathie Riley; and his grandson Abel Clinard.
He is survived by: his children, Karissa L. Clinard, Heather R. Clinard (John) and Charity A. Clinard; his sisters, Sharon Spears (Danny) and Debbie Ley (Tim); his grandchildren, Aaron Clinard, Seth Wyeth (Tiffany), Hannah Schwartz (Donovan), Joseph Lester, Lindsay Scott and Eli Raines; his uncle Calvin; his sister-in-law Cindy Clinard; and his great grandchildren, Kingston, Madelynn, Brynlee, Zayen, Walter, Warren, Bryson, Oakley, Clayton, Tegan and Caden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
