She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hatfield and Icie Hatfield (Dillon); her husband Leon Wade; and her siblings, Helen Wingo, Ray Hatfield, Philip Hatfield, Blanch Cooley, Naoma Christian and Vivian Treadway.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Artrip (John), Shirley King (Carl), Diana Leuthhold (Doug) and Leona Valandham; her grandchildren, Tracy Atrip, Buffy Tuttle, Monica King, April Smith, Danielle Miller, Laura Boone, Shelby Smith and Race Brown; and her sister Sue Tackett (Clifford). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
