It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Juanita Geneva Volkmer (Bucyrus, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Vaughn and Bernice Vaughn (Smith); and her husband Wade J. Volkmer. She is survived by: her children, Faron Volkmer (Lynn) of Galion, Paula Webster (Mike Ruskinoff) of Oregon, OH, Angela Gardner (Donald) of York, SC and Heather Tea (Noel) of Bucyrus; her grandchildren, Kent, Karli, Kourtney, Kelsey, Autumn, Braxton, Justin, Jared, Dylan and Levi; and her siblings, William Vaughn of New Washington, Joanna Johnson of Mansfield and Janet Stuckman of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home (215 N Walnut St, Bucyrus, OH 44820).
The family suggests memorials be in the form of contributions to Landings of Oregon Memory Care Unit or the Bucyrus Humane Society.
