He is survived by: his children, John Franklin Mullins Jr. (Kari Eulett), Brad Mullins (Kaileigh Brammer) and Andrea Mullins; his sisters, Sandra Combs and Kathy Gibson; and his grandchildren, Nate, Nequila, Makaila, Brooklin, Jacob, Stella, Nevaeh, Preston, Aden, Rainy, Deagan, Abigail and Keeley. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
