Phillips; her children, Alicia Bishop (Rick), Victoria McCleese (Joe) and Amber Looker (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Shelby McCleese, Annie Bishop, Zach and Aingeal Looker; her sister Jean Rayl; her niece Laura Rayl; and her nephew Scott Gelbach.
