He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gerstenberger and Margaret Gerstenberger (Biller); his son Daniel "Boone" Gerstenberger; and his brother Thomas Gerstenberger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gerstenberger; his children, Vicki Lynn Gerstenberger Roll (Brad Brown), Gerald Russell Gerstenberger (Tammie), Kelly Ann Siegenthaler (Jeff) and Christopher Michael Gerstenberger (Robyn); his grandchildren, Lynn Light, Sara Hill (Tony), Kari Angel, Kipp Gerstenberger (Raychelle), Josh Siegenthaler, Kaleigh Tracy (Chris), Kirsten Siegenthaler (Jake Hartman), Kasey Rogers (Charles), Mia Gerstenberger, Rachel Pschibul and Renee Pschibul; his siblings, Nancy Seifert (Bill) and Rodney Gerstenberger (Diane); and his sister-in-law Sue Gerstenberger. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
