She is survived by: her husband Justin Pelfrey; her parent Opal Vehrs (Richard); her sons, James Hetsler, Matt Hetsler and Brandon Garner; her brothers, Raymond Vehrs (Dusty) and Wayne Vehrs (Schanda); her parents-in-law, Roger and Gloria Pelfrey; and her siblings-in-law, Craig Pelfrey and Brittany Pelfrey Hardymon (Cyle). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
