We bid farewell to James S. Ruttmann of Bucyrus, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 20, 2025 at the age of 67. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Schuyler Sydney and Mary Elaine Ruttmann (Amacher); and his daughter Danielle Higginbotham. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sue (Belcher); his children, Sydney Ruttmann (Jim Redmon), Scott Ruttmann (Jewel) and Samantha Ruttmann; his grandchildren, Gabe, Brody Higginbotham, Elliot Shellhorn and Schuyler Ruttmann; and his sisters, Janice Gasser (Mike) and Julie Raines. He is also survived by his family and caring for animals.
