He was predeceased by: his parents, Flemon L. Stone Sr. and Mary M. Stone (Smith); his daughter-in-law Irene Stone (Wendy); his great grandchild Oaklee S. Chance; and his siblings, Ann Oliver, Vernie Baumgartner, Carlon Hurst, Rosie Butler, Jimmy and Pete Stone.
He is survived by: his children, Flemon L. Stone III (Destiny), Matthew L. Stone (Loretta J.), Mary S. Chance (Shawn W.) and David A. Stone (Beth A.); his grandchildren, LaTosha Kent (Billy), Kimberly Stone, Donald Stone, Liana Leeth, Cotannah Wilson, Alexandra Stone, Alissa Reed, Austin Stone, Joshua Chance (Chelsi Newman), Payton Chance, Trevor Chance, Jade Stone, Malcolm Stone, Anastasia Stone and Arrianna Stone; and his sister Vicki Topper (Bud). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freewill Baptist Church (1676 Hopley Ave, Bucyrus, OH 44820).
