He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald G. Hartrum and Joyce Y. Presler (Kissling). He is survived by: his daughter Holly; his son-in-law Jeremy Stratton; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Breanna, Braden and Bailee. He is also survived by his family and some close friends.
Though no public service will be held for Charlie, if friends so desire, donations can be made payable to a charity of the donor's choice.
