As Barbara Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Barbara Ann. Though Barbara Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Charlene Shope (Rittenberry); and her siblings, Kenny Shope and Sherry Shope. She is survived by: her father Earl Shope (Mona); her husband Kevin Edwards; her children, Nina Edwards (Steven Marquis) and Josh (Ashley Alsbaugh); her grandchildren, Camden Mahley, Oaklie Mahley, Na'onna Edwards and Emilia Edwards; and her brothers, James Shope and Brian Shope (Becky). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Legion (123 E Rensselaer St, Bucyrus, OH 44820).
